Ricoh positioned as a Specialist in Workplace Systems Integrators Report

Ricoh, London/Wallisellen, October 4, 2023 – Ricoh announced it has been positioned as a Specialist in the ‘Verdantix Green Quadrant: Workplace Systems Integrators’ report. The 2023 global report provides a detailed, fact-based comparison of the most prominent workplace systems integrators on the market using in-depth analysis and customer insight.

This year, Ricoh was cited as achieving a “market-leading score” for its workplace management systems capabilities. Over the last decade, Ricoh has developed a comprehensive suite of software, hardware, and digital service offerings to help meet customers physical and digital workplace needs now and in the future. Ricoh was also noted for its “tailorable ongoing support services for clients” where it achieved “above-average scores for all support services areas, spanning workplace hardware and connectivity; real estate and workplace platforms; and point solutions”. This is supported by Ricoh’s “massive and distributed workforce which enables it to provide 24/7 multi-channel, multilingual, on-demand support services”.
