London/Wallisellen, 1 March 2017 – Ricoh Europe today announced it has been named a leader in the new “IDC MarketScape: Western Europe Document Workflow Services Hardcopy 2016 Vendor Assessment” report.

The IDC MarketScape focuses on vendors’ ability to give clients a road map to higher-value workflow automation and optimisation. Responses from in-depth interviews with customers throughout Western Europe were also assessed.
